Ce rôle clé implique la gestion de relations clients et la génération de demandes à travers des recherches et l'élaboration de plans stratégiques. Avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en vente, le candidat idéal saura adapter ses approches aux défis modernes du marché. Il devra également maîtriser les négociations complexes pour propulser les clients vers un retour sur investissement optimal.
Commercial expert en services (SAE) pour SAP Services – L’unité de marché du Canada permet aux clients de concrétiser leur vision de l’entreprise intelligente et de gérer un cycle de vente consultatif et basé sur la valeur. Atout majeur de la relation client au sein de notre organisation Services Sales (ventes de services), le SAE est chargé de faire de SAP Services un partenaire unique aidant les clients à accélérer leur retour sur investissement, tout en contrôlant les coûts opérationnels et d’implémentation au fur et à mesure de leur transformation numérique et de leur adoption de technologies nouvelle génération.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 303400 - 515800(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
