Company

Kera is building a modern property management platform for landlords and property managers. We are looking for a Co-Founder and Head of Sales who wants real ownership, real responsibility, and real upside. You will build the sales function from scratch, shape our go to market, and close the first wave of customers alongside the founding team.

Compensation

This is an unpaid co-founder role. Equity is the only compensation, ranging from 10% to 20%, based on experience and expected contribution (final terms discussed in the later stages).

What you will do
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Generate pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and creative prospecting
  • Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and other outbound channels to qualify leads, book demos, and drive pipeline
  • Run product demos and drive deals forward with urgency and clarity
  • Manage HubSpot with clean notes, stages, and metrics
  • Build sales materials, scripts, and repeatable playbooks
  • Help onboard new customers and turn them into long-term users
  • Report weekly on pipeline, wins, learnings, and next steps
What we are looking for
