Overview

Position Title: Coordinator, Guest Services

Company: CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures

Location: Banff, Alberta | Full-time, Year-Round

Reports To: Manager, Guest Services

Job Status: Full-time, Year-Round | Salary: Non-Exempt

Posting Close Date: This posting will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. The earliest posting close date would be August 8, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate guest bookings from deposit through final payment, answer program inquiries, process questionnaires and waivers, and send final confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and manage guest accounts; follow up on late payments and missing information.
  • Manage relationships with guests and remote CMH lodge teams; verify lodge reports for accuracy; communicate with lodges prior to each trip and update changes as needed.
  • Prepare account statements for guests on request; support implementation of CMH health and safety initiatives and sustainability initiatives.
  • Train, participate in, and provide support during emergency response situations; assist guests and employees in field programs during area visits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Post-secondary education in a related field; 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting; experience in the ski industry preferred.
  • Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualities: integrity, discretion, problem solving, attention to detail, effective communication (phone, in-person, written), positive collaborative style, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn other software; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; confident in interacting with all levels of the company; trustworthy, goal-oriented, and self-directed; project completion and follow-up; strong work ethic and accountability; ability to plan and create detailed action plans.
Working Environment & Conditions
  • Able to lift and position up to 20 pounds occasionally; manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability as required; occasional travel to CMH areas and industry events.
