A leading healthcare organization in Winnipeg seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to assist in implementing new drug programs and ensure quality assurance in the management of oncology drugs. The ideal candidate will hold a Pharmacy degree, be licensed in Manitoba, and have at least 3 years of pharmacy experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires a commitment to developing and ensuring safety in drug administration.

The Clinical Pharmacist will assist the Director of Provincial Oncology Drug Program on implementation of new drug programs as well as evaluate current drug programs. The Clinical Pharmacist will assist in developing policies and institutional tools for new drug treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality assurance for the management and delivery of oncology drugs. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating any drug, or safety alerts from organizations such as Health Canada or the ISMP, and ensure necessary institutional tools are updated.
