Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary education required.
  • Skilled in MS Windows 10, SCCM client and tools, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Azure, and Genesys Cloud.
  • Experience with server, network, and enterprise IT technologies.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken & written) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, respond to, and resolve client problems ensuring high system availability.
  • Achieve high incident resolution rates with client satisfaction above 98%.
  • Manage end-to-end requests for business units and provide updates.
