Job summary

The ideal candidate will be able:
  • To speak and write English fluently.
  • They will have some experience in a clinic environment whether as a previous manager or an MOA.
  • Knowledge in both QuickBooks and Accuro is ideal.
  • Can remain calm under pressure and during times of emergency.
  • Thinks outside the box and can offer solutions instead of problems.
Duties:
  • Will include doing schedules for staff and practitioners.
  • Payroll for staff and doctors, some accounts receivable and payables using QuickBooks.
  • Helping with interviews and will do HR duties.
  • Offer MOA support during staff holidays and absences.
  • Will do supply orders and may be called upon to find ways to save money on supplies.
  • There is a myriad of other duties and tasks you will be called on to do as needed.
