Overview

Position: Client Services Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $18.00 CAD hourly

Position Summary

We are looking for an Operations & Client Services Representative who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to clients and employees. The Client Services Representative is responsible for assisting the Head of Operations and Facilities Manager in the day-to-day running of Company 3’s Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, confident, professional, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills. They will have previous experience in a high-end hospitality role. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely setup of client-facing areas, meeting rooms and event spaces. They will be expected to support the Client Services and Operations team in the day-to-day planning and organization of client meetings, internal and external events, and the execution of our hospitality offering.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Services team with the day-to-day running of all client meetings and events.
  • Ensure all suites and meeting rooms on client floors are set up; be the main point of contact for all client visits.
  • Serve clients and producers with refreshments and food in review suites on a daily basis in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Complete client requests in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Set up and cater for client lunches.
  • Manage and keep a record of stock.
  • Handle all incoming calls and complete accurate expense reports.
  • Provide administrative duties and assist with social activities and events for staff.
  • Look after the kitchens and common areas located on every floor, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and stocked with essentials for staff.
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, client-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, organized, and competent with admin-based work; a passion for delivering high levels of service and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to think on their feet and adapt to last-minute requests; proactive approach to tasks.
  • Fluent in English; confident, outgoing, and friendly with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous training in food hygiene and / or food service; knowledge of health and safety regulations.
