Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated Client Services & Facilities Support person who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys being a helpful presence in a dynamic workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values great customer service, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Office Location Downtown Core Calgary // Schedule Monday-Friday Business Hours // Pay $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Common Areas & Kitchen Maintenance
• Clean and sanitize shared spaces, including vacuuming and surface wiping
• Ensure kitchen supplies and food items are stocked, rotated, and disposed of as needed
• Reception Support
• Provide coverage during employee breaks, time off, and vacation periods
• Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries
• Mailroom Operations
• Coordinate and deliver interoffice mail and courier packages
• Support incoming and outgoing mail logistics
• Facilities Support
• Deliver supplies to offices and meeting rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boardrooms and individual workspaces
• General Maintenance & Reporting
• Monitor facility conditions and report issues promptly
• Take initiative to address minor maintenance needse

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional, with a strong customer service mindset
• Able to stay focused and efficient under pressure and time constraints
• Comfortable spending most of the day on your feet and moving around
• Knowledgeable in the safe use of cleaning products and equipment
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
