Position

Universal Call Center Rep: Sales representatives who are trained to excel in selling and to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Compensation

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee.

Schedule & Hours

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You may work more hours if you choose.

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–11:00 pm EST (Peak 9:00 am–4:00 pm EST); Saturday 7:30 am–8:00 pm EST (Peak 7:30 am–8:00 pm EST); Sunday 9:00 am–8:00 pm EST (Peak 11:00 am–3:00 pm EST).

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message, and others.
  • Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to responding to general inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Evaluate customer needs quickly and offer efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility in handling diverse requests.
Experience & Skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • Must meet the minimum of 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated above.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
