Overview

You'll work for a growing, family-owned company that has been providing Canadians with locally based service for over 100 years.

Job Details:

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Enterprise Solutions Team providing support and service to many of our largest clients across Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails from national clients
  • Troubleshooting an array of products/services with clients and answering any questions that may arise
  • Assisting clients by educating them on processes and procedures related to their security systems
  • Scheduling onsite service calls with a technician/subcontractor in multiple provinces
  • Managing work orders to ensure they move along in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and adjusting technicians’ schedules as required
  • Updating client accounts with the central station and within the CRM database
  • Updating/reviewing client provided ticketing software to accept and resolve client service requests
  • Providing proposals to clients when required
  • Working closely and cohesively with other departments to address client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Using critical thinking skills to resolve client’s requests
  • Ability to work with constant demands in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Maintaining relationships with over 200 subcontractors
  • Attending meetings with clients as required
  • Working professionally under pressure
  • Ability to work both with a team and autonomously

This a full-time, permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Our office is in the Burnside Industrial Park. Weekly rotating shifts are Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4:30pm.
