Schedule and confirm member appointments
Meet with members by phone or video
Explain benefit options in clear, simple terms
Assist with digital forms and online applications
Keep accurate notes and complete follow-up as needed
Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, video calls, forms)
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
No experience required—training is provided
