A leading consulting firm is seeking a Client and Advisor Insights and Enablement Specialist. This role focuses on client intelligence projects, requiring 3-5 years in client experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data storytelling. Remote work is offered, with a preference for candidates based in Alberta. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance experience insights and analytics.

Project Description: Client intelligence and client experience projects - like launching a just in time survey program, do a qualitative research project, some journey mapping, lots of storytelling and reporting
Maintains a deep understanding of our competitive landscape, and target segments’ and sectors’ needs and expectations to help inform project design and execution
Supports the delivery and sustainment of our Voice of Client and Voice of Advisor enablement programs, in partnership with key stakeholders, that enhances our portfolio of experience insights and analytics that compel strategic action systematically across the company. Uses this skillset to design advisor and client driver metrics
Leverages an understanding of datasets and uses data-driven insights for story-telling and influence
Facilitates client and advisor in-person and virtual interviews and focus groups
Influences research and insights analysis to create and/or modify experience strategy based on client and team member behavioural changes
Prepares and delivers project briefings and reporting requirements
Co-facilitate presentations and updates to stakeholders in relation to projects and results
Experience in a client experience and client intelligence/market research role (minimum 3-5 years) with a proven track record of leading through a growth mindset
Intermediate level data interpretation and data analysis skills
Questionnaire design skills
Strong oral and written business communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, follow-up and allocate time accordingly
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to determine client and team member needs and prioritize work accordingly to meet all timelines
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment and collaboratively with other team members
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Digital fluency with Google Applications, Visual Design Creation and Qualtrics is an asset
Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technology
Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
