We are currently seeking experienced Adjusters to join our team! This position offers a HYBRID work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuit of CIP designation.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and learning.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including negotiation and listening skills.
