The successful candidate will ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages while supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household and children in the absence of parents
  • Supervise and care for infants and children of various ages
  • Bathe, dress, feed, and prepare children for rest periods
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and scent‑free home environment
  • Organize age‑appropriate activities, games, and outings
  • Assist children with homework and learning activities
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Discipline children according to parents’ guidelines
  • Tend to the emotional well‑being of children
  • Take children to and from school and appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Travel with the family and assist with childcare and housekeeping as needed
  • Care for foster children when required
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of related experience
  • Certifications:
    • CPR Certificate
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Red Cross Babysitting Course
  • Security: Criminal record check required
