Our mission is to help migrants navigate their journeys ethically and effectively, ensuring smooth settlement and real support from experts. Recognized by Genesis Business Center and IENL Newfoundland, Canada, we are growing from community webinars and viral TikToks into a platform ready to scale.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team. The CTO will lead all technical aspects of the company, including product development, IT strategy, and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive the tech roadmap and align product vision with company goals.
• Lead the development of our AI-powered platform.
• Build and manage technology teams.
• Set technical standards, oversee product development, and ensure scalability and security.
• Collaborate with the international founding team in Canada and Azerbaijan (location flexible).
