A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership. With a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in senior roles, the CFO will manage the finance infrastructure and financial strategy, ensuring stability and growth. Candidates must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
We’re on the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of our client, a leading insurance brokerage. If you have a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a large insurance brokerage or related financial services organization, this could be the role for you.
The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership. This role will require a highly experienced and accomplished finance executive with a proven track record of success in the insurance industry (preferred) or a closely related financial services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the organization’s finance and accounting infrastructure to match its newfound national scale, the development and execution of the group’s financial strategy, and ensuring its financial health, stability, and future growth.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
