Overview

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team in training AI models. While a completed or in-progress Master’s or PhD is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome applicants from related fields such as Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist. Candidates must be fluent in English (native or bilingual level) and possess strong attention to detail. Proficiency in chemistry, as well as inductive, deductive, physical, temporal, and spatial reasoning skills, is essential.

Must have

• Advanced chemist with awareness of AI model training needs; Master’s or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in related fields: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist.
• Fluent English (native or bilingual level) and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in chemistry and strong inductive, deductive, physical, temporal, and spatial reasoning skills.

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE opportunity. You will have the flexibility to select the projects you wish to engage in and work according to your own schedule.
• Compensation begins at $40+ USD per hour, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work.
