A leading chemistry solutions provider based in Kingston is seeking an enthusiastic Chemical Laboratory Assistant for a 12-16 month internship. The candidate will assist scientists with laboratory tests, maintain safety protocols, and contribute to quality control analyses. Requirements include enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program and strong problem-solving skills. Synthetic chemistry or process development solutions are accomplished by our technical team in our 3000 ft2 wet chemistry laboratory. We are currently recruiting a chemical or chemical engineering co-op student for an onsite, 12-16-month internship at 945 Princess Street, Kingston, ON with a flexible start date of May 1, 2025.
The Chemical Laboratory Assistant will primarily assist Development Scientists and Laboratory Technologists conduct chemical laboratory tests and experiments. They will also carry general tasks related to the overall maintenance and safe day-to-day operations of a chemical laboratory.
