Job summary

A government organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Chef de partie to supervise kitchen operations in several restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating food costs, maintaining inventory records, and training staff in food preparation. This is an on-site position with no remote work option. Candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
