What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Complete food orders, inventory controls, and food rotations
  2. Plan and coordinate menus with other members of the culinary team
  3. Oversee the preparation of all aspects of the culinary program
  4. Supervise the regular cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen
  5. Respond to special requests and dietary needs in an attentive and effective manner

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Diploma or certificate in a culinary program
  2. Red Seal Chef, or equivalent, preferred
  3. Food Safe Certification
  4. 5 years of culinary experience with varied exposure
  5. 2+ years' experience in menu planning and execution
  6. Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred
