Overview

Voyago is hiring a Full‑Time Dispatcher for our Checker Division in London, ON. Reporting to the Operations Manager, dispatchers are responsible for providing a high degree of customer service while coordinating bookings. They identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch drivers and provide accurate directions.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
  • Provide on‑demand support to drivers.
  • Communicate with clients and drivers to fill all shifts.
Shift

Monday to Friday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred.
  • 1–2 years of Dispatch or Call‑Taking experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Work Location

This position is based in‑office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court, London, ON. Remote work options are not available for this role.
