Job Summary
Working as a member of the Records Processing Team and with direction from the Supervisor and/or Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for providing accurate and timely placement of medical information in health records (electronic/paper), which includes processing incoming late reports, scanning/importing documents, while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times according to CCMB policy and ethics guidelines and regulations.
The Records Processing Clerk meets deadlines, problem solves and exercises good judgment for decision making within the scope of the job description and within the team mandate.
