A leading technology company in Montreal is seeking a Category Manager – Indirect to manage the global sourcing strategy for non-production spend. This role involves defining strategies for IT, logistics, and facilities, along with optimizing supplier relationships and driving cost savings. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and over 7 years of strategic sourcing experience in a technology-centric environment. Proficiency in French is required due to the company's location in Quebec.
The Category Manager – Indirect manages the global sourcing strategy for non-production spend (Professional Services, IT, Logistics, Facilities, MRO, etc.). This role partners closely with local purchasing teams and functions to ensure strategies are effectively implemented, driving cost optimization and service quality.
