Qualifications

  • 1 year of insurance adjusting experience or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work toward Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and proactive communication with claimants.
  • Adjust casualty claims of minor to moderate complexity.
  • Review and interpret policy wordings.

  • Negotiate claims to achieve the best outcome for members.
  • Maintain an effective diary system for claims.
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.
