United Floral Inc. is western Canada's leading fresh flower and floral supply wholesale business. We have a full- me position available in our Supply Department. We are continuing to grow and are looking for hardworking people who are excited to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Accept POS payments and apply to specific invoices for commercial customer payments on account for multiple companies using multiple software applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by fully interacting with our customers
  • Problem solving and maintenance of cash handling and balancing processes.
  • Maintain and secure credit card files
  • Cleaning work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
  • Answering Customer Phone calls and directing to appropriate department / person
  • Other general duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Solid computer skills – some experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries
  • Excellent command of oral and written English. Second language an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling / customer service.
Hours

Hours : 7am – 2 pm, Monday to Friday

Rate

Rate : $20 - $22 / hour dependent upon experience
