The Indigenous Career Support Program is designed to provide one-on-one coaching, career readiness support, and resources for individuals pursuing opportunities with Interior Health.
This program is part of Interior Health’s commitment to building a workforce that honours Truth and Reconciliation, the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA), and our responsibility to provide culturally safe care and services.
This program is intended for individuals who voluntarily self-identify as First Nations, Métis, and/or Inuit. Providing this information helps us ensure the program is offered to the audience it is intended to support.
