A leading payroll and HR technology service in Canada is seeking a Payroll Implementation Advisor to aid clients in setting up their payroll systems. This role requires expertise in Canadian payroll laws and systems, alongside strong communication skills. As a key client contact during onboarding, you'll ensure systems are compliant with regulations and support clients through initial processes. As a Payroll Implementation Advisor, you’ll help new Canadian clients set up their payroll with FMP Canada. This is not a payroll processing job-it’s about implementation, configuration, and compliance.
You’ll work directly with clients to:

This role can be based anywhere in Ontario, Canada, with a planned start date of November 2025.
