Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

What you'll do

Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task.

• Assist customers with the sale of goods, including providing product information.
• Answer product questions.
• Recommend products.
• Retrieve products from locked cabinets.
• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular.
• Promote – Charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product launches – in-store product launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
