Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong public relations skills in the building maintenance field.
• Valid unrestricted Class 5 Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and demand maintenance activities on furniture, buildings, and equipment.
• Conduct rooftop inspections and minor repairs.
• Handle heavy equipment moving and minor patching/painting.
