Candidates must have a Journeyperson or Red Seal Certificate and 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and menu planning.
• Train and develop kitchen staff according to safety protocols.
• Prepare and design high-quality rotational menus.

Skills

Journeyperson or interprovincial Red Seal Certificate

SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification

10+ years of experience in hospitality/food service

10+ years as a Chef in hotels or remote lodges

Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of menu costing and recipe card implementation

Effective leadership and communication skills

Education
