  • Facilitate large group sessions with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for complex projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and updates on project progress, priorities, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication and successful execution of deliverables.
Advisory & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide consultation and support to business partners on system automation, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives and service improvements within derivative operations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting derivatives and capital markets operations.

  • Proactive, energetic, and adaptable — thrives in change and ambiguity.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities across technical and business audiences.
  • Team-oriented with the confidence to operate independently when needed.
Nice-to-Have
  • Accounting or operational experience within a capital markets environment.
  • Global perspective on derivatives trading and operations.
