  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
  • High reliability with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities and development of call center supervisors.
  • Ensure call quality and improve internal processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching of supervisors.
  • Manage metrics and improve call center productivity.
  • Hire, coach, and terminate call center employees.
