Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support and assistance to drivers and clients who are experiencing over the road breakdowns in both French and English. Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages, and efficiently addressing breakdowns. Role includes accurately documenting and prioritizing service requests, coordinating with field service teams and mechanics, and ensuring timely resolution. The secondary responsibility is to review and enter vendor maintenance invoices into the database.
