Qualifications

  • Ability to work onsite full time in California and visit jobsites/clients routinely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other construction related programs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards for operations.
  • Own P&L, project execution, and ensure successful execution of CMS contracts.
  • Oversee Area Managers and manage team staff in the region.
  • Develop strategic growth plans and recruit staff for current and future projects.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback for team members.

Skills

Professional Engineer (PE) license in CA preferred
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with California clients
Excellent interpersonal skills
Quality control during inspections
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
20+ years of experience managing construction projects
