Business Systems Analyst (Level 4)
Must-Have Skills:
- Clearance Requirement: Secret Must Have
- Manager Note: Apart from the below skill sets, the client is looking for experience with BMC products or candidates who have experience working with competition (ServiceNow, Microsoft SCOM, IBM Maximo)
Business Systems Analyst:
At least any 3 criteria to be met (i.e. Remedy development, CMDB, DWP)
- At least 1 year of experience in remedy development (remedy AR system workflow, such as Active links, filters, menus, forms, escalations, etc.) in recent years
- At least 1 year of experience hands‑on building service request using DWP Catalogue (SNOW Equivalent End User Portal)
- If ServiceNow, understanding of Digital Workplace Catalogue and Digital Workplace
- Developing BMC CMDB solution (i.e. class structure, concepts of reconciliation and normalization). If ServiceNow, concepts for class, reconciliation etc.
- Ability to understand customer integration needs and develop in the following areas
- Ticket brokering using SOAP and REST API
- Design data load for foundation and/or CMDB, understanding Atrium Integrator (previous experience developing is desirable)
- 3+ years of experience in configuring all out‑of‑the‑box functionality of Incident, Problem, Change, including foundation data, assignment rules, templates etc.
- Ability to do requirement analysis in ITSM modules
- For SaaS & on‑prem container projects: Container platform (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS), Jenkins & related experience is a plus
- BMC HDM experience is a plus
- Understanding RSSO (Remedy Single Sign‑On) capabilities is a plus
- Chatbot and agent chat familiarity is a plus
- BMC BWF (Business Workflow) familiarity is a plus
