We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst with 14 years of expertise to join our onshore team in Toronto. This role is central to bridging business needs with technology solutions ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented and translated into actionable outcomes. The BSA will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and leadership to drive clarity, alignment and efficiency across enterprise initiatives.

Responsibility
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement gathering sessions to ensure alignment
  • Support project managers and delivery leads with scope definition and prioritization
  • Partner with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure accurate implementation
