ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT: The Business Process Analyst designs and optimizes business, financial, and operational processes critical to organizational success. Working closely with stakeholders, this role identifies issues, explores improvement opportunities, and develops practical, process-driven solutions. Responsibilities include capturing business needs, analyzing current workflows, and ensuring proposed changes aligning with strategic goals and daily operations. Acting as a liaison between business users, project teams, and change management, the analyst translates ideas into clear requirements and supports successful implementation.
