Responsibilities
Your Mission: As Digital Business Line Manager, you are the CEO of the digital solutions business within your customer centre and a catalyst to accelerate the Digital and Automation transformation in our industry. You are the empowered profit and loss owner of the Digital business within your CC, taking bold decisions and actions to attain objectives in a lean and efficient way, managing cost and ensuring internal collaboration and satisfaction from divisional and local management teams as well as customers within your region.
Responsibilities:
- People Leadership & Culture — foster a safety-first, collaborative environment; role model company values and the Code of Conduct; ensure all employees have clear job descriptions, missions, goals, and KPIs; develop a best-in-class, diverse team; empower frontline decision-making; reinforce ONE EPIROC collaboration; prepare capable successors in consultation with HR.
- Customer Success - Delivery & Support — drive project accountability with clear plans, deliverables, timelines, KPIs; develop and support data analytics initiatives; implement a unified divisional support model; maintain effective local support; create a customer success manager structure for existing install base; proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive renewals; ensure customer training and aftermarket alignment; participate in daily sales activities as needed.
- Profile & Capabilities — possess safety-first mindset, data-driven decision making, strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and stakeholder influence, and the ability to engage and inspire a team; communicate effectively with stakeholders; self-aware with a commitment to personal development; bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred); change management experience in matrixed organizations; high ambition, bias to action, and ability to pivot with new data; proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus; ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Technical Understanding — knowledge of computer software systems, wireless communications, databases, and GPS is advantageous; project management experience; strong presentation skills; negotiation and leadership skills; French language is an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in change management within matrixed industrial environments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive value with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of computer software systems, wireless communications, databases, and GPS is advantageous.
