Job Title: Business Information Management Analyst

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid (2 days in office currently; 4 days in office starting November, 1 day remote)

Job Summary

The Business Information Management Analyst will provide expert-level leadership across information management functions to support a new regulatory reporting project. This role involves developing detailed business requirements, collaborating with technology teams, and leading UAT testing to ensure compliance with evolving financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document detailed business requirements for regulatory reporting
  • Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) in test environments
  • Lead data-centric solution development, data integration, and transformation projects
  • Analyze, design, and develop data repositories, warehouses, and ETL processes
  • Support business teams in understanding and leveraging reporting solutions
  • Keep current with innovations in business information management and data governance
Required Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate (finance, business, or related field)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of repo transactions, derivatives, and capital transactions (SACCR)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, project management, and leadership
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Alteryx workflow experience
  • Python programming for reporting and automation
  • Background in capital markets reporting and banking
Required Skills
  • Regulatory reporting (derivatives, QCCP, repurchasing agreements)
  • Business requirement gathering and documentation
