We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high‑quality pipeline, engage prospective customers, and support our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, enjoys building early customer relationships, and wants to make an impact at a fast‑moving, early‑stage company.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and creating high‑quality opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy while developing a strong understanding of GovAI’s solutions and the public‑sector market.
The base salary for this role starts at $55,000–$75,000 CAD. This role also includes highly‑competitive performance‑based variable compensation tied to the achievement of sales targets.
