Through our franchising network, we deliver high-quality siding solutions to residential, commercial, and multi-unit properties. We are expanding our presence in the commercial and multi-family renovation market and are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead deal flow generation and partnership development in this segment.
The Business Development Manager - Commercial & Multi-Unit Renovation Projects will be responsible for creating a consistent pipeline of commercial and multi-unit residential renovation projects for Ideal Siding franchisees across Canada and the United States. This includes identifying, initiating, and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders such as property management companies, general contractors, real estate agencies, developers, restoration companies, and building owners. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in expanding our network, strengthening our industry presence, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
