Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient‑centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province‑wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years recent health services coordination or administration experience.
  • Experience with email and computerized calendars.
  • Experience with Shared Health systems (e.g. SAP, Success factors) an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Completion of high school education, Manitoba standards required.
  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized University or Community College preferred.
  • Business Administration training (diploma/certificate/degree) with specific training in finance and human resource management preferred.
  • A combination of post‑secondary education and working experience may be considered.

  • Proficiency in computerized systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
  • Keyboarding speed of 50 wpm.
  • The ability to compile and provide analysis of financial reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills essential.
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete a variety of administrative duties within established deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment by maintaining good working relationships with all levels of staff and the general public.
  • May be required to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings.
