Job description
MAIN FUNCTIONS

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Business Analyst with proven expertise in ERP implementation related to Production, ideally in the biotechnology industry or a comparable field. The selected candidate will play a key role in the design, deployment, and enhancement of the Production module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, contributing to a comprehensive global ERP rollout that encompasses over 80 legal entities.

In the role of Business Analyst, you will serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with both operational requirements and global standards. Your proficiency in Production will contribute to optimizing our processes, achieving cost reductions, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Implementation & Configuration

  • Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design and configure D365 F&O Production module solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support global deployment and resolve operational issues related to Production.
  • Ensure configurations follow best practices for performance and integration.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, IT, Finance).
  • Lead workshops and meetings to validate requirements and solutions.

Training & Documentation

  • Prepare and deliver user training materials.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.

Data & Reporting

  • Collect and format plant data for migration into D365 F&O.
  • Partner with reporting teams to develop dashboards and production insights.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Create and execute test plans to validate system setup and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions meet business and quality standards.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
  • Production & Planning: Strong understanding of production processes including planning, execution, quality control, and resource management. Experience in complex manufacturing environments such as biotechnology, chemical, or food industries is highly valued.
  • D365 F&O Modules: Hands‑on experience with the Production, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Quality Control, and Warehouse Management modules. Ability to configure and optimize these modules based on industry best practices.
  • Process Analysis: Skilled in analyzing current workflows, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
