Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience as a Business Analyst or PM/Scrum Master on IT projects.
• Business Analyst Certification is considered an asset.
• Change Management Certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and creates business process maps.
• Analyze current and future state process models.
• Document and analyze business rules for process implementation.
• Participate in feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.

Skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to translate business requirements into lay terms

Experienced with Microsoft technologies

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
