Requirement / Must Have
- Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities.
- Experience developing business cases from start to finish.
- Experience in Agile methodology, including roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on large and medium-sized projects as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
Experience
- Developing strategies, preparing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Conducting requirements gathering sessions, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Using Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
- Leading Agile teams, mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide leadership across business analysis, project outcomes, and teams of business analysts.
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements through interaction with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams, the Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Manage and groom product backlog based on user needs and prioritization.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations for solution design and stakeholder consultation.
- Create and review user flows and user stories to ensure consistency with the overall product vision.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Architecture, and Technical teams to maintain standards.
- Conduct Client, cost-benefit analysis, and prototyping for solutions.
- Identify gaps and improvements for enhanced process flows and customer experience journeys.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to management and stakeholders.
