Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical data to support product decision-making and implementation mapping
  • Author clear, concise, functional, and technical documentation, including user story, API specifications, process flows, and data mappings
  • Collaborate with product managers, delivery leads, and the product engineering team to refine requirements and test scenarios
  • Assist with validating payment workflows and transaction data integrity
  • Support integration planning and QA with client data and test scenarios
  • Collaborate with SEW’s Product and Engineering teams to fill feature gaps, address defects discovered in UAT, and complete necessary data migration
  • Build dashboards and reports to support go-live success and post-implementation analysis
Overall Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or implementation analyst role in a SaaS environment
  • Understand how to prompt and use AI tools
  • JIRA and related tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
  • Experience with payment solutions and financial data is highly preferred
  • Utility background is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience working with utility billing systems or ERP platforms
  • Solid background in managing technical software product/application and integration implementations
  • Experience in software development/network architecture/security protocols
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Microsoft Project-Required
  • Possess a general understanding of the appropriate domain technologies and processes (e.g., document management, change management, schedule management, etc.)

  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Strong ability to track and forecast project financials
  • Superior professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be versatile to manage project stakeholders and a background in developing and maintaining effective communication with executive level stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Strong group facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly process driven and detail oriented. Ability to gather requirements and manage detailed project timelines; Able to operate independently on integration initiatives and coordinate work streams across distributed teams.
  • Aptitude and ability for learning new technologies and highly complex systems quickly
  • Self-motivator with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from an accredited university. Master’s degree preferred. Coursework in analytical or critical thinking-intensive subjects (Relevant degrees: Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, etc.)
