Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical systems and BAS.
• 1-3 years’ facilities maintenance and operations experience is required.
• Strong technical capabilities in building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property and site inspections and perform maintenance as required.
• Complete preventive and demand maintenance tasks.
• Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair building systems.
