A logistics company in Richmond, BC is seeking a full-time Customs Coordinator to handle customs clearance for shipments and assist clients with documentation. The role involves data entry, communication with customs, and requires 6 months to 2 years of experience. Candidates must hold a high school diploma and possess basic computer skills. To process customs clearance (release) and/or confirm declarations for repetitive and non‑complex shipments, guided by the CCBS system and personal skills.
Clients (Internal/External): Import Operations, Support Services, Consulting, Inbound Services, Sales, etc., as well as all customs clients and partners.
Full‑Time / Permanent
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work all 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours per day (requires flexibility with start and finish times)
Work Location: 7451 NELSON ROAD RICHMOND, BC V6W 1G3 Canada (REMOTE)
Starting Pay: 17.75 per hour
