Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You drive profit and loss management and future business development including new product development, strategy development, and platform opportunities.
Working with other internal local and regional stakeholders, you will develop the brand portfolio strategy to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead a team of a direct report and cross functional partners to develop and execute annual plans. In addition, you will craft long term strategic plans supported by an innovation pipeline to deliver sustained growth across the P&L. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
