The ideal candidate has over 5 years of brand marketing experience and a proven track record in managing product launches. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll own the brand’s strategy and execution. From GTM planning and shopper marketing to creative campaigns and retail activations - helping scale Organic Traditions’ presence in both Canada and the U.S.

As the Brand Manager, you’ll lead the rollout of Organic Traditions’ recent brand refresh, translating new positioning, packaging, and messaging into compelling consumer and customer experiences.
You’ll bridge strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing, growth, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that build awareness, strengthen equity, and drive results.
